The Challenge
Marketing teams often accumulate thousands of photos across campaigns, making it difficult to locate specific assets when creating content. Traditional folder structures rely on users remembering file names or locations, creating inefficiencies for social, creative, and content teams.
My Solution
I Built an automated image-tagging system using Google Drive, n8n, Google Vision AI, and Airtable.​​​​​​​
When a new image is uploaded, the workflow automatically:
Detects the image + Analyzes visual elements + Extracts descriptive attributes + Generates searchable metadata + Stores the information in a centralized Airtable database.
This transforms a static image archive into a searchable content library without requiring manual tagging.
